Terms of Use
The rules for using this website. If you are already a client, these sit alongside your separate service agreement, not instead of it.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using tractionmarketing.co.uk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the only real instruction we can give is not to use the site, which we recognise is a strange thing to write on a marketing website, but it is the honest answer.
2. Who we are
This site is operated by Traction Marketing, a remote digital marketing agency working with small and micro businesses across the UK. [Add registered company name and company number here if Traction Marketing is a limited company, or a sole trader statement if not.] Contact details are in the footer of every page and in the contact section below.
3. Using this website
You are welcome to browse, read and share anything on this site. You are not welcome to:
- Copy or reuse the site’s design, code, or written content as your own
- Scrape the site in a way that places unreasonable load on it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
- Use the booking form or quote tool to submit spam, malicious content, or anything unrelated to a genuine enquiry
4. Accuracy of information
We keep pricing, service descriptions and contact details up to date as best we can, but this site is not a contract in itself. Where anything here conflicts with a written quote or agreement we have sent you directly, the written quote or agreement takes priority.
5. Case studies and results
Client examples and results described on this site, including the In Practice and Our Clients pages, reflect outcomes for those specific businesses in their specific circumstances. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and starting position, so nothing on this site is a guarantee of similar results for any other business.
6. Intellectual property
The design, code, logo and written content of this site belong to Traction Marketing unless stated otherwise. Where you become a client, ownership of your own website, ad accounts and other assets we build for you is governed by your separate service agreement, not by these terms, and as stated elsewhere on this site, you retain ownership of everything set up in your name.
7. Links to other websites
This site links to third party platforms such as Google, Meta and various form and hosting services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those external sites once you leave ours.
8. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Traction Marketing is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, as distinct from any liability arising under a separate signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms go to hello@tractionmarketing.co.uk.
