A few things worth being upfront about
Ad spend is always separate
Any money spent on Google Ads or Meta Ads goes directly from you to those platforms. It is never passed through us and we never mark it up. You stay in control of your budget throughout.
No long lock in contracts
Retainers work best with an initial three month period so we can get things set up and start seeing results. After that it is rolling monthly with one month’s notice. You stay because it is working, not because you are locked in.
You own everything, always
Your website, ad accounts, email platform, analytics and social profiles are set up in your name with full access throughout. If you ever stop working with us, everything stays with you and we remove our access. No exceptions.
Simple, clear invoicing
Everything is invoiced based on the agreed scope. You will always have a clear written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance, projects on completion or agreed milestones.
